Retail Jewelry Sales Associate

Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited to:
Processing customer transactions, orders, sales, and transfers of merchandise.
Answering incoming phone calls and responding to general inquiries.
Evaluate and document condition of customers merchandise for repair.
Working closely with each customer to learn his/her needs.
Establishing a loyal customer base and creating sales.
Providing outstanding customer service at all times.
Understanding and having the ability to communicate the features and benefits of our products.
Supporting the store's operations in all matters.

Qualifications/Requirements:
A love for jewelry and working with people
A Sales approach to building and growing a client base
Outstanding customer service at all times.
A strong knowledge of jewelry, silver, gold and/or watch repair is preferred.
Old Fashion work ethic, team attitude and hands on approach.
An ambition to advance a career in retail.
A Graduate Gemology degree is preferred but not required.
